Life is full of uncertainties. You never know what’s waiting for you in your next step. We tend to plan and look to take things in our control. However, the situation sometimes doesn’t allow us in driver’s seat. The successful are the ones who have the ability to hold on when things aren’t going their way and that’s one of the secrets to success.

Success can’t be generalized
When we talk about success and its keys, the first thing that comes to my mind is that success and its secrets can’t be generalized. Even the definition of success might differ based on persons, their opinions and the environment they are in.
People generally associate money and fame with success. But that’s not always the case. You define your success yourself. Its your choice to decide your metric for success. Some will favor money over fame while the others go for fame. Both are correct in their own way. Whatever gives you most fulfilling satisfaction and happiness will be your success metric.
Successs is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.

As far as my opinions are concerned, being successful was never my primary choice. My primary choice is to be happy and happiness has got nothing to do with success. Doing whatever that makes me feel satisfied and fulfilled is something that I always love to do. For me happiness is the ultimate goal and success might or might not give me happiness. That’s the reason why I always go for happiness over success.
